We invest heavily in the training and development of all our Associates through the creation of a Learning Organization and structured DORSETT DISTINCTION programmes. They are focused on understanding ourselves and our guests, our very own service culture pillars, how we reach out to Associates and Guests alike, and the development of internal talents geared towards our future expansion.
